It is with immense pleasure that I extend a warm invitation to you all for the upcoming 39th Iranian Congress of Radiology, scheduled to take place from May 7th to May 10th, 2024, (ICR2024) at the prestigious Olympic Hotel in Tehran.
Radiology, often considered the heart of medicine. Today, there are not only advancements in radiological knowledge, techniques, and modalities but also the groundbreaking strides made in the realm of Artificial Intelligence and hybrid imaging and beyond. The future of radiology holds limitless potential, and it is our privilege to explore these exciting frontiers together.
At ICR2024, we will meticulously consider a program that will delve into these revolutionary aspects of radiology. Our congress will encompass dedicated sessions on Emergency Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging, Women's Imaging (with a focus on Breast and Gynecology) and Head and Neck Radiology. Additionally, we will offer and host subspecialty sessions, all toward emphasizing the latest developments in radiology and technological advancements, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence and other updates.
Our agenda includes refresher courses, specialist panels, interactive workshops, collaborative radiologist-technologist sessions, and scientific research discussions and resident clubs all accompanied by numerous other engaging, attractive and educational programs.

On behalf of the scientific committee, we are extremely pleased to invite you to the major annual radiology agenda "21st Iranian Congress of Radiographic Sciences Association" scheduled to be held on the Olympic hotel in Tehran May 7-10, 2024.
There is a global consensus that the field of radiology with various medical imaging techniques such as diagnostic and interventional radiology, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Positron emission tomography CT (PET CT), and diagnostic medical sonography is closely associated with the innovations and advances in technology. Obviously, this scientific event is of paramount importance to announce the rapidly growing technical approaches and protocols implementations in this regard. It is worth mentioning that it can also provide a suitable platform for the chain of experts including radiologists, clinical physicists, application specialists and technologists to exchange the recent medical knowledge and up-to-date information in order to achieve the best diagnostic goals.
The collaborative presence of experienced professors and interested researchers will discuss the scientific issues via interactive panels and specialized sessions with dedicated focus on Artificial Intelligence, Contrast Media, Musculoskeletal imaging, Women's imaging (particularly Breast and Gynecology), Neuro-oncology and Neuroscience imaging, PET CT, Cardiovascular imaging, and also Radiobiology, Dose considerations and Protection.
